Which bond should I choose for my application?
Start from the workpiece: vitrified for PCD/PCBN edges, resin for versatile carbide work, metal for glass/ceramics and dicing, electroplated for complex profiles and small bores. Send us your workpiece spec and machine model — our engineers will quote a wheel within one business day.
Do you manufacture custom sizes?
Yes — custom OD/ID/width, grit, concentration and profile are our standard business. Most custom wheels ship in 2–4 weeks.
Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
No strict MOQ for stock items; custom items are quoted per specification. Trial orders of 1–5 pieces are welcome.
How do you ship and what are the lead times?
Stock items ship in 3–7 days by DHL/FedEx/air; custom tooling in 2–4 weeks. Sea freight available for bulk orders. All shipments are packed in protective foam cases.
Support
My wheel wears too fast / burns the workpiece. Can you help?
Yes. Wear rate and burn are process symptoms, not wheel defects alone. Send us the grinding parameters and a photo of the wheel/workpiece — we will diagnose bond grade, grit or dressing issues and adjust the specification.
Can honing stones match my Sunnen/Gehring machine?
We manufacture replacement stones for all major honing platforms in matching holder geometries, with grit and bond tuned to your target cross-hatch and size spec.
